You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return without providing any reasons. Once you have notified us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the products back to us. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products in good condition.
Please note that the cost of returning the products to us is your responsibility, and any installation fees will not be refunded.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must disassemble the products, including all accessories, and return them to us in their original condition and packaging.
